STEP stands for Septic Tank Effluent Pump. Most customer's household waste goes directly into our sewer collection pipes; waste from customers on STEP systems doesn't. Instead, household wastewater spends time in a STEP sewer system before heading out to the main sewer collection lines. There is a "STEP in between" flushing your toilet and wastewater being transported to the treatment plant.
What is a "Neighborhood"?
Some would say, "a number of persons living near one another" - that is true for Wright Farms.
Others would say, "a district or area with distinctive characteristics" - this is also true for Wright Farms.
However, "Neighborhood" as to how it relates to Wright Farms was best defined in 1449 as, "neighborly conduct & friendliness". That is what you will find when you visit Wright Farms and we invite you to come and experience that for yourself.
As we proceed forward in developing Phase Two, there are features still yet to come. You will soon be able to see the Developer's vision for a few of those features - mainly the recreational area. During the past few months the developer has been working with contractors on designing the pool and playground area. The concept plan for this area will be unveiled very soon and the construction for this area will begin once the "60 sold homes" mark is reached (we're almost there).

We have spent many years developing our standard package. It is our goal to make sure that we are meeting the wants and needs of all potential buyers with the features we provide in our homes automatically.
You will from time to time, see a feature that is considered an "upgrade". However, you will only see this happen when we are trying out a new feature and we are looking for consumer comments along with examining it's appearance and quality. In these rare cases - not only are these features clearly marked, they are also pointed out in your initial visit - we do not wait until the last minute to disclose this to you.
Who We Are
Not only are the Sales Agents active members of the Mt. Juliet Community, so is the builder. Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, this builder, Robert Earheart, Jr., has been building in this area for over 20 years. When you build and develop within the same community where you raise your own family - more pride goes into the product you offer.
Working with a local builder has many other advantages, the most important one being, you have a "Hands On" builder. One who does not allow others to over see the development. This builder is present on site from start to end.
