You will from time to time, see a feature that is considered an "upgrade". However, you will only see this happen when we are trying out a new feature and we are looking for consumer comments along with examining it's appearance and quality. In these rare cases - not only are these features clearly marked, they are also pointed out in your initial visit - we do not wait until the last minute to disclose this to you.
Who We Are
Not only are the Sales Agents active members of the Mt. Juliet Community, so is the builder. Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, this builder, Robert Earheart, Jr., has been building in this area for over 20 years.
